Go to several stores and take your time, look around ... go back several more times until you get the feel of what you want in dining sets. Think of the traffic going into a room when laying out the floor plan for any of the antique white dining tables, regardless of the style or design. What a traffic route refers to is the area used to get in and out of a room, so think of the seating arrangements in nearby rooms. You do not want a congested area where you are going to eat, like coming in and out of the living room or family room nearby. Leave some empty spaces in and around the dining room, this will allow the eye to focus on the beauty of an area where dining is being prepared. Also, it is much more pleasing and relaxing to be in a room that is full of space as compared to one that is so cluttered one cannot breathe.
